company:<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>has ceased operation<\/li>\n<li>is not and will not be involved in any court proceedings in or outside Singapore<\/li>\n<li>has no assets and liabilities*<\/li>\n<li>has no outstanding penalties or offers of composition due to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acra.gov.sg\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACRA<\/a>&nbsp;and is not indebted to other government departments<\/li>\n<li>has no outstanding tax liabilities to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iras.gov.sg\/irashome\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IRAS<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>has no outstanding charges in its charge register (e.g. no mortgages, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>None of the officers of the company have outstanding&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acra.gov.sg\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\"
